You specify the material:1. Carbon steel in 20ga, 18ga or 16gauge. Solid high quality 18ga or 20ga Stainless Steel. 32oz or 64oz Solid Brushed or finished Copper. 32oz, 64oz or 96 oz Brushed Solid Bronze
You specify the style: "Half Couch" style where only the upper portion opens for viewing. full-coach style where the entire lid opens - foot panel also. Regular or even "Glass sealing Top" available. You specify the finish and color: 1. Fully painted or combination "Brushed" and painted finish 2. Full assortment of colors and color combinations for shading 3. Hardware selection to match in color and style.
You specify the Interior: 1. High quality Crepe or Full Velvet interior 2. Your choice of panel design with needlework or "tufting" 3. Shirred styles or fully "Tailored" style for blanket and drape 4. Personalized needlework panels with names, logos, etc. What would truly honor your loved one? Let us know.
Here are the details for ordering: 1. There must be a minimum of 48-72 business hours(Mon-Friday) for your order to be built before shipping 2. Each casket is custom quoted in regards to price 3. All caskets are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and are fully insured to arrive in mint condition.

Shipping
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We also provide expedited shipping options including overnight delivery and white glove delivery service. All shipments are fully insured and require adult signature upon delivery. We ship nationwide within the United States.
Delivery
Caskets are delivered directly to funeral homes, residences, or other specified locations. Standard delivery includes curbside delivery. White glove delivery service includes inside delivery and setup. All deliveries require an adult signature. We coordinate delivery times to ensure someone is available to receive the casket. Special delivery instructions can be accommodated upon request.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once the casket has been delivered.
However, if there is damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full replacement at no charge. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products with a satisfaction guarantee.
