At Casket Gallery, we understand the importance and sensitivity of purchasing funeral merchandise. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

All Sales Final

Due to the sensitive nature of funeral products, all sales are final once the casket, urn, or headstone has been delivered.

We do not accept returns or refunds based on buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or changes in circumstances after delivery.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products.

If you are not completely satisfied due to a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping, we will provide, at our discretion:

  • A full replacement at no charge, or
  • A full refund

This guarantee applies only to verified manufacturing defects or shipping-related damage.

Damage or Defect Claims

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Inspect the product immediately upon delivery
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  3. Take clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • Any visible damage
  4. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damage that occurred during shipping or handling

Buyer’s remorse
Changes in personal circumstances
Incorrect product selection after delivery
Damage caused after delivery or acceptance
Failure to report damage within 24 hours

Replacement Process

Once a claim is approved, we will coordinate a replacement shipment as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and shipping requirements.

Funeral Home Acceptance

Federal law requires funeral homes to accept caskets purchased from third-party sellers. If a delivery issue arises with a funeral home, please notify us immediately so we can assist.
