Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Shipping Coverage
We ship nationwide within the United States.
Caskets may be delivered directly to:
- Funeral homes
- Residences
- Other customer-specified locations
A valid phone number is required at checkout to coordinate delivery.
Shipping Options
At checkout, customers may select from the following shipping options (availability may vary by location and product):
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)
- 2 Day Rush Delivery
- 3 Day Rush Delivery
- Overnight Delivery
- Overnight Saturday Delivery
- White Glove Delivery Service (inside delivery & setup)
Shipping rates will be calculated and provided prior to payment.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.
- Includes curbside delivery
- Customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the delivery location
- Adult signature required
White Glove Delivery Service
White glove delivery includes:
- Inside delivery
- Placement and setup at the delivery location
- Coordinated delivery scheduling
This service is ideal for residences or locations requiring additional handling.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
Some products require freight (LTL) shipping due to size and weight.
For freight shipments:
- Delivery times vary based on location and carrier availability
- Delivery is scheduled in advance
- Adult signature is required
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery
We coordinate delivery times to ensure someone is available. Special delivery instructions can be accommodated upon request.
Insurance & Signature Requirement
- All shipments are fully insured
- Adult signature is required for all deliveries, including standard and white glove services
- We strongly recommend inspecting the shipment at delivery before signing
Delivery Coordination
Our team will coordinate delivery timing with the carrier and recipient to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Accurate contact information is required to avoid delays.
Damages or Issues at Delivery
If your shipment arrives damaged:
- Note the damage with the carrier at delivery
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
