1. Size - what does your cemetery allow, and/or what do you want? 2. Color & Background - this is included in our prices! 3. Names and Dates A. Is this for one person, two, or more? B. Will there be full names, nicknames, surnames, middle names? C. Will you use month, day and year or years only? D. Will you need a "blank scroll" date area to allow a "final date" to be placed at a later time for the spouse or other? 4. Words of Endearment and Other Lettering - How much and where? 5. Designs, Emblems and Ceramic Photos - Who was this person you loved and how do you want them remembered? Listed Pricing includes any Standard design, 1 emblem, 5 words of endearment, Full names and dates without a blank 2nd scroll date. OTHER SIZES: Most any size is available with different prices – please contact us for prices. We have from 12”x6” to 56”x 16” available.

The cemetery is required to inform you of the Installation charges and offer you the foundation as well if a concrete poured foundation.
