White glove delivery service includes inside delivery and setup. All deliveries require an adult signature. We coordinate delivery times to ensure someone is available to receive the casket. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds: Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once the casket has been delivered.
Replacements: However, if there is damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full replacement at no charge. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We stand behind the quality of our products with a satisfaction guarantee.
