Born in Vancouver,Wa July 29,1946 and entered into rest in Vancouver,Wa on April 09,2012 after a short illness. Survived by son Timothy S McBride of Vancouver and daughter Beverly K McBride of Everett, grandsons Lucky McBride and Matthew McBride, great grandson Bryan McBride and her loving companion Pepper Hribal. She is also survived by her sister Rita Randall of Portland. Preceeded into death by her sisters Wanda Golitz and Loretta Swett and by her parents the late Carl and Julia Ashcraft. Sharon had an amazing zest for life and was so proud of her lifelong accomplishments. She had a strong sense of morals and values and what meant the most to her were family, good friends, honesty, country, hard work and the ability to play a harmless (but funny)prank every now and then on some unsuspecting soul. She worked many jobs throughout her life and believed in the value of the "hard earned dollar". She believed in giving a hand up in someone in need, but not a hand out. The family is holding a memorial service in celebration of her life and all those who knew her are invited to attend and share a story or a memory or two. It will be a pot luck on May 09, 2012 from 2P.M. to 7P.M. at 3406 Grand Blvd Apt A Vancouver, Washington.
